Cancellation & Refund

Product cancellation & refund will be processed only for the below mentioned reasons,

  • If you received the CD in damaged condition then you can avail the replacement [CD] by sending the snapshot of broken cd through email id to cd@winentrance.com within 24 hours of delivery
  • If the CD is not readable / corrupted / getting cyclic redundancy error/ wrong product delivered then our support team will confirm the same through team viewer [Remote Desktop] & do you the favor by sending a replacement CD or a new package will be get installed on your system through online which will be licensed for only one system.
  • Excess Amount Paid/ Wrongly made the payment twice by own or by family members will be reversed with in 14 days. [Note : For Card Payment the amount will be credited to card a/c & for other payment modes the amount will be deposited on their bank account [Note : Customer has to send the Bank A/c No to cd@winentrance.com]
  • Prepaid Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
